In the 1980's, I began my career as a substance abuse counselor because I had a passion for helping others attain sobriety, as I had. During the next 30 years, as I continued working in the behavioral health field, I was in therapy to resolve my own issues and to heal my trauma. Yet, I was still battling depression and PTSD. I finally realized that unresolved grief and trauma were stored in my body as energy. I decided to learn Reiki, a form of energy work that utilizes the universal life force energy from the Source, to heal the body, emotions, mind and spirit. Having Reiki treatments and practicing on myself allowed me to let go of years of pent-up energy.

Then, I found QHHT! One of the things I love about this method of hypnosis is that with the gentle guidance of the practitioner, clients are able to heal themselves. Practicing QHHT has allowed me to transform and expand in ways I never imagined.
